UQ Boxing Club Returns Policy

All products you purchase at UQ Boxing at training or online are covered by the UQ Boxing returns and refund policy.

If you’ve changed your mind
Under regular circumstances the University of Queensland Boxing Club does not give refunds due to change of mind. If you have decided to discontinue boxing after a purchase of a 10 trip or a semester pass, we recommend you to resell your pass to other members. If you’d like to do so, please let us know as we may be able to assist you in finding a buyer.

Travelling
UQ Boxing does not give refunds on the basis of decisions to travel elsewhere.

Personal injury
If you have purchased a Semester 1 or 2 pass and have suffered an injury that prevents you from participating in boxing classes for the remainder of your pass, we are able to provide a partial refund of the pass according to the remaining duration.

Coronavirus/Covid-19
As per Australian Consumer Law, UQ Boxing will not provide a refund for products purchased before the 16th of March 2020 due to reasons relating to COVID-19 and/or the government sanctioned COVID-19 quarantine. However due to the nature of the Semester Pass, to ensure all members can get the full value of the pass of which was paid for, we have decided to extend all Semester 1 passes for 2020 till the end of 2020 free of charge.
